These terms govern your use of Pinride. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pinride.
Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement and to consent to data processing in your country.
Using Pinride safely
Pinride is for use while stopped. Do not interact with the app while riding. Always follow the road rules and ride within your limits. You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct.
Your content
You keep ownership of the places, ratings, and photos you contribute. By submitting them, you grant Pinride a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the service. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Data integrity
Ratings and rankings on Pinride reflect riders' genuine check-ins. They are not for sale and cannot be edited or removed by the owner of a place. Attempting to manipulate ratings — including fake check-ins or coordinated rating — is not allowed.
Availability
Pinride is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app, the map data, or any place information is accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. Map and place data may come from third-party sources and may be out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinride is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including reliance on place information or directions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. You can stop using Pinride and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Confirm jurisdiction before publishing.)
